Predictions
As I alluded to earlier, I think this game is going to be a high-scoring affair on both sides that will rival the cover for this game.
OddsShark has the predicted score of this game at 30-14 Philadelphia, but I’m feeling the over in this game.
Final Score: 35-23 Philadelphia
Emotions are going to be high for Philadelphia and with a lot of young cornerbacks, the Falcons could take advantage of the deep ball early.
This game will be a shootout that remains close going into the fourth quarter, but Philadelphia will pull away with a late stop on defense, just like the playoff game eight months ago.

Foles is going to turn the ball over twice in this game, just like he did in the win that pushed them into the NFC Championship game. I see a strip sack and a pick given up by Foles at some point, and we’ll see a mix of preseason Foles and Super Bowl Foles throughout the game.
Atlanta will struggle to run the ball against Fletcher Cox, Brandon Graham, and Michael Bennett, forcing them to throw early and often. I think Julio Jones will have a big night again in Philadelphia and the hometown kid Matt Ryan will throw for at least 250 yards.
In the end, the Eagles will step up to start the year 1-0 in their quest to play in Atlanta for Super Bowl 53.
