Denver Broncos

DT. Central Oklahoma. Keith Traylor . 10. player. 45.

This is actually one of the funnier stories. Keith Traylor was a massive 250-lbs linebacker take in the 3rd round. He was a surprising athlete for his size. For two years the Broncos tried to find a role for him in the defense but just could figure it out. So they waived him in 1993. He spent three seasons between Green Bay and Kansas City. During that time he gained upwards of 90 lbs and became a defensive nose tackle.

Seeing him dominate swallow up their running backs in regular meetings with the Chiefs, the Broncos seemed to realize their mistake. They signed him back in 1997 and he became a fixture on the defense that would help the team to win two Super Bowls over the next two seasons. Traylor was their primary force against the run.
