#2 Andraez “Greedy” Williams (LSU)

Whereas Michael Jackson was the first senior on the list, Greedy Williams is the first and only sophomore to crack the top five. After redshirting in 2016, Williams burst onto the scene last season.

Starting all 13 games for LSU, he intercepted six passes, broke up 11 and defended 17. Another season like that and a first-round selection in the 2019 NFL Draft will be waiting for him.

Williams is an extremely talented corner who is still somewhat raw. He has the highest ceiling of any cornerback eligible for the draft, however, he needs to add to his frame. Williams stands 6-foot-3 and is listed at a generous 184 pounds. His length will appeal to NFL teams, but his lack of physicality is what keeps him from taking the top spot on this list.

In one of the most intriguing games of week one, Williams and LSU will take on Jackson and the Hurricanes in Arlington, Texas. While that matchup pits the number two and three corners on the list, Williams will also share the field with the number one cornerback later in the season.
