57. . . . Chicago Bears. 26. team

Chicago has followed the Philadelphia blueprint to a tee this offseason: hiring an Andy Reid disciple as a head coach, building around a second-year quarterback, and adding one of the executors from the Philly Special.

Building around Mitch Trubisky has meant signing Allen Robinson and Trey Burton this offseason and drafting Anthony Miller and James Daniels in the second round. They found a deep threat in Taylor Gabriel and fortified the offensive line with rookie James Daniels.

If that weren’t enough, they bolstered their already strong defense with a potential star and leader in eighth overall pick Roquan Smith at inside linebacker. This team is young, its talented and it’s hungry. There’s only one problem. It’s also unproven.

This team hasn’t had a winning season since 2012 and hasn’t won more than six games since 2013.

It’s a franchise that has gone through arguably its most extensive top-to-bottom rebuild ever. That means it is a group that hasn’t learned how to win yet.

Experts and opponents alike don’t respect them yet. Why should they? That’s why they’re so low in the rankings.

All people can say right now is they look really good on paper. That doesn’t mean much until they start to prove it.
