An undrafted free agent out of Auburn who got off to a great start with a sack in his debut. Holland has intriguing traits worth developing as a 3-4 outside linebacker and it shows. He too though is in the same situation as Rush in that it could be hard for him to crack the roster. At least this year. There’s a strong possibility Denver may try to slip him onto their practice squad.
"“Holland wins as a rusher with a smart approach, good angles and plus play strength. While he has athletic limitations, his play strength and aggression will fit on an NFL roster. His rush ability could make him a solid rotational edge rusher with solid starter potential.”"
Holland wouldn’t have a hard time cracking the Bears roster given their limited depth. Vic Fangio would easily find a place for him in the rotation as they try to put together something serviceable opposite Leonard Floyd. Considering he was projected to be a 5th or even 4th round pick, it’s apparent there’s enough talent there worth exploring.
