Seattle Seahawks

Offense: Russell Wilson, QB

It’s a shock that Russell Wilson has not won an MVP award to this point in his career.

Wilson is the very definition of an MVP, considering the way he’s carried this Seahawks team offensively and really separated himself from the greatness of the Seattle defense.

The Seahawks would be nothing without Wilson, though thankfully for them, they really wouldn’t know.

He’s started all 96 games of his NFL career to this point, and has been a model of consistency in his production despite the Seahawks’ offensive line issues.

Wilson had 34 touchdowns and 11 interceptions last season, along with three rushing touchdowns.

Defense: Bobby Wagner, LB

With so many big names departed from the Seattle defense and their best player — Earl Thomas — not interested in playing for them anymore, Bobby Wagner is almost the leading MVP candidate for them defensively by default.

Wagner is still extremely productive, racking up 133 total tackles last season. He can wreck games for opposing offenses and is going to be counted on even more now with so many veteran departures from that Seahawks defense.
