4. Ohio State vs. TCU, September 15th (Arlington, Texas)

With the ever-growing obstacle that is the Zach Smith/Urban Meyer situation, there is a little more interest and luster on this showdown in Texas.

The Buckeyes are without a doubt one of the more talented teams in all of college football. Led by playmakers J.K. Dobbins, Mike Weber, Parris Campbell, and K.J.Hill on offense, the Buckeyes rolled out 506.2 yards per game this past season and are more than capable of doing it again. Not to mention, the team possesses arguably the best pass rusher in college football in junior Nick Bosa.

The Big 12 conference is deep this season and TCU may quite possibly be the lone team standing by season’s end or at least in serious contention. Can the Horned Frogs defense be up to the task against Ohio State’s elite offense? The unit led the conference in run defense and was 16th in the country in scoring defense.

If TCU wants the respect that they desire, hanging tough the Buckeyes will turn plenty of heads.
