Odell Beckham Jr. (WR)

GM Dave Gettleman managed to avoid the Odell Beckham issue for the time being. The star New York Giants receiver also didn’t press the matter with a holdout, but this won’t go away. His contract will expire next March. That means Gettleman needs to make a decision on what to do. He can try to extend him, simply use the franchise tag or look to trade him before the deadline. Gettleman, who doesn’t put huge stock in skill positions, would not be above the latter.

Destination:  Oakland Raiders

Al Davis always loved dynamic receivers who could threaten defenses down the field. Jon Gruden inherited some of that mentality and now he’s back in charge of the Oakland Raiders. Just imagine for a second how that offense of his could look with Beckham and Amari Cooper in the same huddle. Derek Carr could once again become an MVP favorite.
