Courtland Sutton, WR

This may be considered cheating, a bit.

At Broncos training camp, no one is making bigger waves than second-round pick Courtland Sutton.

Sutton was expected to go to the Dallas Cowboys in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft, but the Cowboys opted for Leighton Vander Esch at linebacker instead.

Sutton unexpectedly fell to the second round where the Broncos gladly snatched him up, and the pick is already paying major dividends.

Broncos fans were a bit leery of another ultra-athletic second-round receiver after spending the last four seasons hoping that Cody Latimer would become something he unfortunately never did, but if he plays in the regular season like he has in training camp, no one is going to remember the disappointment of Latimer anymore.

Sutton has a big frame at 6-foot-4, uses his body like a basketball player, and Broncos head coach Vance Joseph calls him a ’60-40′ player instead of a ’50-50′ player, meaning when there’s a jump ball situation, Sutton has the clear edge over the defensive back.

He’s got a chance to attract some very favorable matchups with Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders getting a lot of attention, too.
