Up:  Isaiah Irving

The Bears know they need people to step up if they’re going to have a serviceable pass rush this season. Right now Leonard Floyd is their only proven starter. This game offered a big opportunity to some of the younger players on the roster looking to get noticed. While others had a nice evening, it was Isaiah Irving who jumped to the forefront.

He was probably the most active Bears defender off the edge during the game. He had a sack of Robert Griffin III that forced Baltimore to settle for a field goal. He would’ve had two sacks had he not been caught offsides a short time before that. The former undrafted free agent was also impressive against the run, reading and reacting to plays without losing gap integrity.
