6. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (via CLE)

6. player. 48. . QB. N.C. State. Ryan Finley

There’s a growing belief that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are losing their patience with Jameis Winston. His ongoing problems off the field continue to create headaches for the organization. This on top of his lack of true progress on the field. He still has problems turning the ball over too much. If it’s more the same when he returns this year from his suspension, then the time may be right for a  change. Ryan Finley isn’t quite the most talented QB in the class but he’ll be the most polished. He’s a good game manager who runs the offense like a pro and avoids mistakes. That said he has the arm to make money throws when needed. This is what that talented Buccaneers offense needs more than anything.
