Tom Coughlin has transformed the Jacksonville Jaguars into a power team. That goes for both the offense and defense. He wants an athletic team but also one that can deliver a hard punch. This requires a particular type of player. Noah Fant is somebody who will fit that description. At Iowa, he’s required to understand blocking, which he does well. On top of that he’s continued to show that despite limited chances in the passing game, he can be a dangerous threat in the red zone. Of his 39 catches in 2017 for the Hawkeyes, 12 of them were touchdowns. That’s the sort of money production Jacksonville is looking for.
