Cleveland Browns

8. player. 53. . DE. Cleveland Browns. Myles Garrett

The former #1 overall pick got off to a slow start in 2017. He continued to battle nagging health issues, but as those cleared up it became more and more apparent why the Cleveland Browns made him their top guy. Look no further than the fact that, as a rookie playing on a rather average defense, he still managed to have seven sacks on the year in just 11 games. The guy is an absolute freak of nature and the Browns may have just done something to make his life easier.

That was making several additions to their secondary. Pass coverage was a big problem for them last year. So it’s little wonder they added E.J. Gaines and Travis Carrie in free agency while drafting Denzel Ward with the #4 overall pick this year. Suddenly the cornerback group is looking faster and more athletic than ever before. If they can improve the coverage by even a modest amount, Garrett is likely to make quarterbacks see him in their nightmares.
