NFL Pro Bowl: First-Timer Projections For All 32 Teams

People only got to see him for 11 games last year and if they just looked at the stats they wouldn’t be all that impressed. Kenny Golladay finished with 28 catches for 477 yards and three touchdowns. That’s not bad but is it really a definitive reason to believe this kid is poised for a Pro Bowl breakout year? This is where evaluating the tape can be so important. Watch it for long enough and the flashes start cropping up a lot.
Golladay is a playmaker. He’s got decent speed and the benefit of a strong 6’4 frame that makes him a major red zone threat. With Golden Tate set to turn 30, the Lions no doubt hope to get Holladay more involved in the offense this year. If he stays healthy, he already has the trust of Matthew Stafford based on how the two clicked from the beginning of last year. It comes down to whether the new head coach, Matt Patricia will continue to let them air it out.
