Stock Up:  Anthony Miller

Buzz was high on the Bears second round wide receiver from the start. He was one of the most productive receivers in the entire 2018 draft. The only reason he fell to where he did was he was a bit on the older side for a college prospect. That didn’t stop Chicago from trading up for him a few months ago. They genuinely think they got a steal. Based on the tape and Miller’s unbridled confidence, it’s not hard to see why.

A few practices into camp, the evidence is already piling up. Miller is a sharp route runner, showcasing a sudden quickness that is rare for kids coming out of college. He navigated a congested red zone on for a TD on Saturday, then followed it up with some nice grabs including a lethal double move for a long TD in one-on-ones Sunday. Miller aims not only to play right away but to gash defenses from the start. These aren’t scrubs he’s burning in practice either.
