LSU is always a reliable source for quality defensive players and 2019 doesn’t look like an exception. Devin White isn’t a household name yet but it’s picking up steam, and with good reason. Not only is a tough, physical presence but he also demonstrates a considerable awareness, instinct, and range that are rare. There are also leadership intangibles as well. The Los Angeles Chargers continue to seek ways to bulk up their front seven and linebacker is an area of concern due to injuries and shifting schemes. White could be the final piece that brings it all together. They have talent but no director. That’s what he’ll do.
