10. Cincinnati Bengals

. QB. N.C. State. Ryan Finley . 10. player. 56

The odds are if the Cincinnati Bengals are picking this high, it’s unlikely Marvin Lewis will still be the head coach. So what he likes in quarterbacks might not be as prevalent. Still, Ryan Finley fits the type of player they covet. He’s smart, efficient, avoids mistakes and tries to run the show. When he’s asked to make a big play, he’ll do it. The size and arm are there. People just aren’t sure if he’ a game manager or can take things to another level. N.C. State hasn’t really asked that of him. With Andy Dalton nearing the end of his run barring a major turnaround, this is what the Bengals will be prepared to do.
