One of the most persistent problems on the Buccaneers offense is they’re too one-dimensional. They have a good quarterback in Jameis Winston with an array of talented targets in the passing game.

The problem is defenses are able to key on them because they have no fear of the ground game.

Tampa hasn’t been able to run the ball consistently at all. Ronald Jones represents their first legitimate attempt to fix this problem.

He can take it between the tackles or turn it to the outside. He’s got acceleration and speed to go with size and good hands for catching passes.

A great fit for their system.
