1. Dalvin Cook, Running Back

Three-and-a-half games into the 2017 season, rookie running back Dalvin Cook looked like one of the best up-and-coming playmakers at his position in the NFL.

Sadly, his rookie season was cut short with an ACL injury.

Cook will return this season for the Vikings with extremely high expectations, and he’s in line to become their top breakout player for 2018.

Cook averaged around 4.8 yards per carry in his first four NFL games with a pair of touchdowns and 11 receptions for 90 yards.

With the Vikings’ offense as balanced as any in the NFL, Cook should not only play a complementary role to one of the league’s best passing attacks, but emerge as one of the league’s best running backs.
