2. Chidobe Awuzie, CB

The Cowboys drafted Awuzie in the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft in what will forever be remembered as one of the most epic draft pick announcements of all-time.

Awuzie was a bit of a project coming out of Colorado, and played just over 300 snaps in the Cowboys’ defense as a rookie, seeing increased usage as the season went along.

He finished with seven pass breakups and a forced fumble in 10 games for the Cowboys last season and will be counted on to produce a heck of a lot more in 2018.

The Cowboys have some really strong young talent in the defensive backfield, but Awuzie may have the highest ceiling.

It will be up to this coaching staff to get the best out of the former second-round pick and make sure he emerges in a big way in 2018.
