4. Ricky Seals-Jones, TE

The Cardinals need someone to step up at the tight end position with Jermaine Gresham providing more of a block-first, catch-second style of play.

Ricky Seals-Jones came out in a class loaded at the tight end position and didn’t blow anyone away with his athletic ability at the 2017 Scouting Combine.

He was essentially a big wide receiver at Texas A&M where he was productive, especially from 2014-15 where he caught 89 passes for 1,025 yards and eight touchdowns.

Seals-Jones stepped up as injuries piled up for the Cardinals at tight end and wound up catching 12 passes as a rookie with three going for touchdowns.

He made Troy Niklas expendable and the Cardinals believe in his ability to add another mismatch element to the offense going forward.
