This might cause some controversy, especially among Eagles fans. Andy Reid’s biggest detractor is the fact that he still hasn’t been able to win a Super Bowl. Putting him ahead of so many on this list who have may seem a bit misguided. The truth is though that if Reid had even one ring, his career to this point would be viewed as approaching Hall of Fame-worthy.

Here’s a man who has coached for 19 years in the NFL and only missed the playoffs in six of them. The fact he’s managed to do this with two different franchises makes it all the more impressive. He has 183 career victories and consistently turned several quarterbacks into Pro Bowlers. One could argue he’s done more with less than a lot of others on this list. That’s what truly great coaches do. He may not have a ring, but he’s earned this spot.
