Leonte Carroo, WR, Miami Dolphins

Leonte Carroo was a relatively low draft pick to be considered for this list (86th overall), but the Dolphins obviously felt highly enough about him coming out of Rutgers to make him a top 100 pick.

Through two seasons, he’s looked like anything but.

Carroo has just 10 catches in 28 career games, and had a minor knee surgery this offseason, raising questions about his future with the team.

The Dolphins are fairly deep at receiver, so it wouldn’t be surprising if Carroo were a roster casualty as we get closer to the start of the regular season.

Perhaps another team will remember the potential he once showed at Rutgers, and maybe the Dolphins will still be the team to extract it.

He is going to need a big offseason and preseason to solidify a spot in a deep Dolphins wide receiver group.
