Baltimore Ravens: Breshad Perriman, WR

After missing the entire 2015 season due to injury, Perriman has played below replacement level for two straight seasons.

In 2016, he showed some flashes coming back from the injury of what the Ravens thought he could be when they picked him in the first round out of UCF, but it was merely a flash in the pan.

Perriman’s 33 catches at 15.1 yards per reception with three touchdowns in 2016 seem like a distant, far-off memory after his 2017 season where he caught just 10 passes with no touchdowns at just 7.7 yards per catch.

He also missed five games in 2017, making this season the most important of his NFL career.

Perriman is still just 24 years old, so he has time to put it all together if he can simply stay healthy. He’s got great size and speed and can be a vertical threat, but the Ravens went out and signed three guys in free agency before drafting another pair of receivers, so he’ll have stiff competition.

Another player who could be on this list is tight end Maxx Williams, who was selected in the same draft.

Williams was a big-time playmaker at Minnesota and looked like he could be a Travis Kelce type of player at that position but he’s done absolutely nothing in his time in the league.
