USC – Stephen Carr, Sophomore

If any college in America has experience replacing top-level running backs, it is USC. From the early days of O.J. Simpson and Marcus Allen to recent workhorses like Reggie Bush and Ronald Jones, the Trojans have been through this before.

Next in line is sophomore Stephen Carr, a top running back recruit in the college football class of 2017 who rushed for 363 yards and a trio of touchdowns.

Carr is a downhill runner with the ability to make people miss in the open field. He can find his second gear in space and tends to pull away from defenders when given the opportunity. He is going to be a threat in the passing game which will be nice for whoever takes over at quarterback.
