29. Jacksonville Jaguars

Hats off to the Jacksonville Jaguars. They remain committed to the approach that got them to the AFC championship. That’s loading up in the trenches. Taven Bryan has all sorts of potential as an interior pass rusher. He really began to emerge last year and has a perfect mentor in Calais Campbell. Grade: A-. DT. Florida. Taven Bryan . 29. player. 52

30. Minnesota Vikings

60. Taking a corner isn’t a surprise. The Vikings defense was shredded in the NFC championship by Philadelphia. Adding another cover guy makes sense. Still, Mike Hughes comes with some off-the-field baggage and size question marks at 5’10”. He can be good, but a lot needs to go right. Grade: B-. CB. UCF. Mike Hughes . 30. player

31. New England Patriots

47. The Patriots made it clear that they’re still all-in on Tom Brady with this 1st round. Sony Michel has so much skill that they can make use of. Then again he also brings a troubling knee issue and chronic case of fumbling as well. Not to mention they added Jeremy Hill a month ago. Grade: B-. RB. Georgia. Sony Michel . 31. player

32. Baltimore Ravens

26. Hats off to Ozzie Newsome. In his last ever 1st round performance, he may have given his Ravens a chance at a bright future with a calculated trade up to snag Lamar Jackson. He has question marks about his passing skill, but the kid is a rare athlete with playmaking instinct. Grade: B+. QB. Louisville. Lamar Jackson . 32. player
