21. Cincinnati Bengals

Billy Price . 21. player. 56. It really didn’t matter where they focused just as long as the Bengals helped their offensive line. It needed it badly. People are down on Billy Price because of his pec injury a couple months ago but all signs are it’s good to go. He’s a versatile blocker with good mobility and power. Grade: B. C. Ohio State

22. Tennessee Titans

35. Mike Vrabel is a former linebacker. It makes sense he’d want to start things off at a position he knows best. Getting ahead of the Patriots was a nice touch too. Rashaan Evans is a solid player who will help their run defense right away. A guy who doesn’t make many mistakes. Grade: B. ILB. Alabama. Rashaan Evans . 22. player

23. New England Patriots

player. 47. The decision to plug him at tackle is a bit bold, but then again the Patriots have the benefit of the doubt at this point. Isaiah Wynn is an excellent blocker who just got done playing tackle for Georgia in the national championship. If it doesn’t work, he’ll be a great guard. Grade: A-. OT. Georgia. Isaiah Wynn . 23

24. Carolina Panthers

Maryland. D.J. Moore . 24. player. 87. It’s hard not to feel like this was a pick trying to cover up for a previous pick that flopped. Curtis Samuel didn’t work out, so the Panthers aimed to grab D.J. Moore. Now the young receiver is a tremendous talent, but bigger issues up front were ignored because of this. Grade: C+. WR
