13. Washington Redskins

14. New Orleans Saints

14. player. 15. Adding another pass rusher opposite Cameron Jordan has been a job the Saints have failed to finish for years since Junior Gallette departed. While Marcus Davenport is an exciting talent, he’s also raw and unproven. Giving up a future 1st on top of it? Massive gamble. Grade: D. EDGE. UTSA. Marcus Davenport

15. Oakland Raiders

Kolton Miller . 15. player. 28. Drafting an offensive lineman to keep Derek Carr protected is exactly the right thing to be thinking. The Raiders also scored some points for trading back. Even so, Kolton Miller doesn’t pass the eye test. He’s big and athletic, sure. He was also abused way too often at UCLA. Grade: C-. OT. UCLA

16. Buffalo Bills

16. One thing is clear about the Bills draft approach. They are swinging for the fences. Just massive cuts at peak physical talents. Getting the 19-year old Tremaine Edmunds, with his 6’5″ body, long arms and shocking speed could end up being great. Can he overcome the lack of instincts? Grade: B. ILB. Virginia Tech. Tremaine Edmunds . 16. player
