The Redskins landed some big fish early on and were able to acquire some quality depth in later rounds. As an addendum, if Nelson doesn’t drop as I expect him to, Da’Ron Payne would make a lot of Redskins happy at pick 13.

Likewise, if Harrison is off the board earlier than predicted there will be a tantalizing group of RBs still undrafted at pick number 44. Regardless of how this draft plays out, I have a feeling Alex Smith and his new teammates are already sensing that there is something special about the 2018 Redskins.
