3. Bruce Arians

Less than a week since retiring as the Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians has already hired a media agent and spoke of joining the media during his retirement press conference. It’s clearly something he’s interested in doing after more than 30 years of coaching college and professional football.

Arians proved to be an entertaining voice on the Amazon series All or Nothing and with those three decades worth of coaching Arians obviously, has the football knowledge and stories to carry a broadcast. The question will be whether or not he can work as a color analyst. He could transition beautifully like Gruden did or he could falter like Rex Ryan has.
