5. Randy Moss

Expected to go into the Pro Football Hall of Fame this year Randy Moss is as entertaining behind the microphone as he was on the field. Ok, maybe not AS entertaining than his superstar days, but Moss has done a quality job for ESPN.

Moss already works on the Monday Night Football crew along with other NFL studio shows during football season. How he translates from being a studio host to a live game color analyst is something ESPN would have to work on off-air with McDonough, but Moss is a recognizable name with a Hall of Fame resume already in house.
