The New York Jets’ future quarterback is not currently on their roster, and it would not surprise me to see a completely different quarterback room for them next year.

Based on everyone’s expectations for this season, the Jets have done way better than anyone would have thought they could, so they’re not in position to draft someone very high.

There are rumors they like Josh Allen out of Wyoming, so I’m going to run with that for this exercise and predict that the Buffalo Bills (who we will talk about in a bit) let go of Tyrod Taylor this offseason and he signs a two-year deal with the Jets.

With Taylor signing a two-year deal in New York, I also think the Jets will take Josh Allen in the second round, or trade down for him in the bottom half of the first-round.

This gives the Jets an option for now, as well as an option for later.
