The way the league is currently constructed team-by-team at the quarterback position will look very different in 2018.

As we head toward yet another NFL offseason, we have come to a point where we could see some of the most turnover at the game’s most important position in a two-month span of time that we have ever seen.

The San Francisco 49ers beat the ‘holiday’ rush and traded a second round pick for Jimmy Garoppolo, a trade they will gladly celebrate annually, perhaps with a holiday named after Jimmy G-Q as he’s become known recently.

The Niners are out of the quarterback derby for 2018, but there will be plenty of teams in the mix, and there are plenty of intriguing players that could be available.
