Chicago Bears: Power Ranking John Fox Replacements
By Erik Lambert
#1: Rob Chudzinski (OC, Indianapolis Colts)
This is a name that people have chosen to forget. Not surprising. Chudzinski fell off the map after the Cleveland Browns fired him one season into his tenure as head coach. Then he disappeared into the mire of Indianapolis as assistant head coach. Now he’s their offensive coordinator and has begun to rebuild his reputation. He’s already turned Cam Newton and Derek Anderson into Pro Bowlers. Last year he took the Colts offense from 28th to 10th.

Now he’s somehow getting production out of Jacoby Brissett who didn’t arrive until right before the season began and not having much protection or weapons to work with. Some argue he got a raw deal in Cleveland. He started 2013 with a 3-2 record but an injury at quarterback exposed the offense, leading to a 1-10 finish down the stretch. People were anxious to see what he’d do with another year. He never got the chance. Perhaps it’s time he got it.
