Offensive Coordinator:  Mike Bajakian

Now this is a name most Bears fans won’t be familiar with. Understandable since he hasn’t been in the NFL long. Still it certainly didn’t take much time for Mike Bajakian to have an impact. In 2015 the Tampa Bay Buccaneers hired him to become their quarterbacks coach. Under his direction #1 overall pick Jameis Winston won Rookie of the Year and reached the Pro Bowl. Since then he has steadily improved in every department including accuracy, footwork and reading defenses.

Before that from 2007 to 2014 Bajakian was an offensive coordinator in college. In 2007 his Central Michigan team ranked 7th in the nation in total offense and were 9th in 2009. He took a Cincinnati unit from 50th to 34th in three years. Then from 2013 to 2014 he got Tennessee to go from 106th to 83rd. He was directly responsible for the development of future pros like Antonio Brown, Travis Kelce, Jason Kelce, and Ja’Wuan James.
