56. . Defensive End. Cincinnati Bengals. Carl Lawson. 4. player

In the Bengals’ week three game on the road against the Green Bay Packers, Carl Lawson made sure that Aaron Rodgers would not forget his name.

Lawson’s jersey number should be burned into the brain of Rodgers, and the back of his uniform is a familiar sight to Green Bay’s left tackle.

In one of the most stellar performances of any defensive player this past week, Lawson racked up 10 total pressures and three sacks, proving he still has the ability to do what made him a coveted prospect at Auburn — get to the quarterback.

As we wrote about on Monday, Lawson inexplicably fell to the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft. Perhaps teams were worried about his injury history, but this productive defensive playmaker lasted far too long regardless of his prior injury record. He’s proving the Bengals have a steal on their hands.
