Almost a month into the college football season and there’s been movement on big boards all across the country. A few of the nation’s top prospects eligible for the 2018 NFL Draft have struggled to get off to a good start, while others have propelled themselves into the first-round discussion.

Week three featured more movement as a few conferences have already started conference play. The premier matchup of the week featured Louisville and Clemson from the ACC. Even more intraconference games will take place in week four and before you know it, conference title races will be heating up.

One aspect of these games scouts will be watching are the repeat matchups. Does a prospect improve in a second or third meeting against a like opponent, or has the opponent figured him out? This is true from both a scheme standpoint and when evaluating one-on-one matchups.
