We haven’t talked a ton about Luke Falk this season, but he deserves some love after a six-touchdown performance against Oregon State.

More from NFL Mocks

Now, take it with a grain of salt — Oregon State has one of the absolute worst defenses in all of college football. But this was a big time bounce back performance for Falk after a zero touchdown performance in the previous game against Boise State.

Zero touchdowns in a Mike Leach offense? I didn’t know it was even possible.

Somehow, though, they pulled it off.

Falk showed excellent ball placement in the game against Oregon State, and is a guy that is typically not mentioned in the top tier of players in this draft. You have to wonder if that will change after he threw 38 touchdowns in each of the past two seasons, and appears well on his way to a high total again this season.

College success does not automatically equate to NFL success, but if Falk has the skills, he’s got just as good of a shot as anybody, regardless of the style of offense he runs right now.
