5. Cam Robinson, OT, Jacksonville Jaguars

I’ll be the first to admit, I was doubting Cam Robinson’s ability to translate immediately to the NFL as a left tackle, but he’s been proving me wrong since he stepped foot on the field.

Robinson struggled at times with his consistency against speed off the edge at Alabama, but was obviously a mauler in the running game.

It was on just 21 pass blocking snaps, but Robinson only allowed one hurry on the quarterback and was otherwise flawless in this game.

Of particular note in this matchup for Robinson?

No penalties. That’s absolutely huge for a rookie left tackle, especially one going against such a talented defensive front like the one they have in Houston.

The Jaguars have long been searching for a solution at the left tackle position, and it looks like the former All-American at Alabama has finally given them legitimate reason for hope. Robinson was an absolute stud on Sunday afternoon.
