The Broncos have a pretty interesting situation on the defensive line. They have great depth on paper, but there’s room on the depth chart right now for some home grown talent, especially with someone like Fatukasi who can be productive getting after the quarterback and making plays from the interior.

The Broncos tend to like guys who have been producing in college at a high level for a couple of seasons, and Fatukasi fits that description as he’s been a full-time starter dating back to the 2015 season, and even some at the end of the 2014 season.

I think John Elway and the Broncos’ scouting department will love this kid’s ability to rotate between different positions on the defensive line, specifically inside as they have some nice depth at the defensive end positions in their three-man front.

This pick would likely be close to the 100th overall pick and would round out a Broncos class that is obviously heavier on the defensive side with the early selections, but I think there’s a mix of developmental type players and instant impact.
