Another position that is steady on top but unreliable in terms of depth is offensive tackle. Charles Leno is in a contract year and nobody is even sure he’s a long-term answer. Bobby Massie is what he is, a decent veteran who has his faults. Behind them it get precarious in a hurry. Everything points to the Bears addressing that position early in the draft in 2018, especially given their new quarterback. <p>Trey Adams knows a thing or two about protecting QBs. The big 6’7″ tackle has guarded the blind side of Jake Browning up in Washington and done a stellar job of it given how productive the passer has been. His one drawback to this point is strength, a common trend for a lot of Pac-12 linemen given they value athleticism and quickness over power. So he’ll need to add some.</p>. OT. Washington.
