The defensive line is the center of everything the Miami Dolphins defense wants to do. Investing in Charles Harris was the right call to supplement their edge rush moving forward. This of course doesn’t mean they should stop infusing that unit with talent. If anything the more they do it, the better the entire defense should be. Such is the nature of running a 4-3 defensive scheme. The front four drives it all.

One thing they should try is getting another disruptive force in the middle alongside Ndamukong Suh. Who better to fill that role than a Florida State product in Derrick Nnadi? He really came on late last season both as an interior run defender and pass rusher. He shows the desired mix of leverage, power and quickness that enables him to give blockers fits on every play.
. DT. Florida State. Derrick Nnadi . 17. player. 59
