4. Who’s providing the pass rush?

Last season, Terrell Suggs led the Ravens with eight sacks. The next best total behind him was five from Timmy Jernigan, an interior defensive lineman who has since been traded to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Tyus Bowser was drafted with the hope, obviously, that he can provide a spark, but the burden of responsibility will once again fall on the veteran Suggs, who has not been the player he once was.

Last season, only two Ravens players graded positively in the pass rush department: Elvis Dumervil and Eric Weddle.

Dumervil is off to San Francisco, and he only provided three sacks last year anyway.

The lack of attention paid to adding pass rushers this offseason could end up being costly for the Ravens, especially considering all the investment they made in the secondary. If you can’t get pressure, NFL quarterbacks can find a way to pick apart any secondary, no matter how talented.

They need someone to step up in this area big time.
