9. Arizona Cardinals (via DET)

Mason Rudolph . 9. player. 32. The Arizona Cardinals weren’t able to get their quarterback of the future in 2016. This time they may not have a choice. Carson Palmer will be a year older and could very well slide into retirement. That means Bruce Arians, presuming he doesn’t hang it up himself, will have to find a young signal caller to mold for the future. Given his long-noted preferences there is one name that sticks out.
That would be Mason Rudolph. Arians likes his quarterbacks big, smart and boasting a strong arm. Rudolph is every bit of 6’5″, runs a pro-style offense at Oklahoma State and has the reputation for being one of the best deep throwers in the country. It’s a match made in heaven for player and team. Rudolph will love Arians and his willingness to strike deep at any moment of game. It will be like he never left school.
. QB. Oklahoma State
