4th Round

The Bears have to invest at the wide receiver position in 2018. There are just too many unknowns with their current group, due largely to health concerns. Trubisky won’t survive without weapons to throw to. Jaylen Smith really emerged as a red zone force for Louisville in 2016. At 6’4″ that should be expected, but he also exhibits speed to take it over the top. One of those types a QB knows he can throw it up to and it will be caught.. WR. Louisville. Jaylen Smith . 3. player. 57

4th Round (via ARI)

OLB. Kansas. Dorance Armstrong Jr. . 4. player. 57. Leonard Floyd looks like he should be a good one in Chicago. Outside of him though the outside linebacker position is foggy. Pernell McPhee, Willie Young and Lamarr Houston are all surrounded by age or injury questions. So bringing in more young blood is a no brainer. Dorance Armstrong is an athletic, aggressive pass rusher who really broken out last year with 10 sacks. He’s still growing into his frame too, which is exciting.
