CB. USC. Iman Marshall . 2. player. 57. The thing to remember about the Bears is they like their cornerbacks big and athletic. New additions like Prince Amukamara and Marcus Cooper are perfect examples. Vic Fangio wants defensive backs who can move around, create chaos with where they line up. Will they drop into coverage or come on the blitz? The less the offense knows for sure, the more effective the defensive system will be.
Iman Marshall fits that profile. He’s a tremendous athlete at USC with a frame that rises over 6’0″. He also has a tendency to get his hands on a lot of footballs with six interceptions and 17 pass breakups over the past two seasons. To top it off he’s seen his fair share of different offenses in the Pac-12, meaning he should be able to play right away if asked. Something the Bears will want to consider.
