3. Janoris Jenkins & Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, New York Giants
If last season was proof of anything, it’s that the Los Angeles Rams made a grave mistake not finding a way to lock up Janoris Jenkins, who was one of the best pickups any team made last offseason.
It wasn’t a solo job, but Jenkins was a major part of the reason the New York Giants’ defense had a major resurgence. He has the grades to back it up:

For what Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie has always seemed to lack in dominance against the run, he has always made up for with speed, length, and elite ball skills. These two players form one of the most dominant coverage duos at cornerback in the NFL, and combined with the talent the Giants have at safety, make it very tough for teams to find room against them in the passing game.
They combined for nine interceptions this past season, and will continue to wreak havoc on opposing quarterbacks.
