5. Cleveland Browns

RB. Penn State. Saquon Barkley . 5. player. 53. The Cleveland Browns still have work to do before their roster is fully restored after years of mismanagement. They may have their quarterback of the future in place now with DeShone Kizer. Now they need to ensure his development can go forward without too many issues. Often the best way to do that is protect him. Not just with good blocking, mind you, but also a sustained and productive rushing attack.
So far Isaiah Crowell and Duke Johnson have formed a decent paring in the backfield but neither can be considered a top end back. Saquon Barkley would change that overnight. Penn State has a long history of great backs and he is reigniting that legacy with each impressive run he makes. The size, power, speed combination along with the good vision and never-die-easy attitude should make for quite the offensive addition.
