Jordan Taylor is a player I think the Broncos most covet as a young (non-rookie) player behind their veteran studs, and thus could yield the greatest return in a trade.

More from NFL Mocks

The fact that this kid was undrafted in 2015 is absolutely remarkable when you watch him work. He didn’t get a ton of chances in 2016, but when he did, he opened a lot of eyes.

Taylor is 6-foot-5 and has a huge catch radius. He’s not built like Demaryius Thomas, but he has great short area quickness and burst for a bigger receiver, and excellent speed downfield. He understands how to track the football and makes acrobatic catches with high regularity.

He’s become affectionately known as ‘Sunshine’ in Denver and I think John Elway would really hate to pull the trigger on any trade involving Taylor unless the offer was something he couldn’t refuse.

The Broncos have some tough decisions ahead, but there’s no way they are going to just flat out cut one or two of these players. They need to find a way to get value in return, and with some teams around the league in need of receiver depth, they should have no shortage of trade partners.
