player. 36. The Seattle Seahawks appeared to come dangerously close to trading Richard Sherman this offseason. If nothing else it reinforces the fact that this team has no qualms about overturning their roster to stay young and hopefully a contender in the long-term. This almost certainly means they will be eyeing the cornerback market in 2018, particularly in what should be another rich draft class. <p>Historically the Seahawks like their corners to have some size to them but they, like anybody else, will make exceptions for the right players. Jaire Alexander could be one of those. He’s only 5’11” but a tremendous athlete with game-breaking speed and ball skills.
